Professional Association of Residents of Newfoundland and Labrador
All residents enrolled at Memorial University are a members of the Professional Association of Residents of Newfoundland and Labrador (PARNL). As the collective agreement between the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador and PARNL governs your resident salary and benefits, all correspondence from the PGME office, pertaining to your contract and addressed to Newfoundland and Labrador Helath Services (NLHS) as your paymaster, will be copied to PARNL.
Residents receive the following salaries in accordance with their appointed level of training:
