We hope that you are proud of your persistence and commitment during your undergraduate medical training. The CaRMS Match may be a stressful time for learners. The office of Learner Well-Being and Success is here to support you throughout this process.
If you are not successful in the first iteration of the CaRMS Match, please contact our Learner Well-Being Consultant at email@example.com. Please include your name, email and phone number so that we can assist you through the next steps, including preparation for the second iteration of the match.
We can appreciate that learners may wish to have time to think about their Match results, however, in the event that you have not reached out by 3:00pm on Match Day, the Learner Well-Being Consultant will send an email to extend support and to request a meeting with you.
If you are successful on Match Day, but have concerns regarding your Match result, we welcome you to connect with the Learner Well-Being Consultant for support.
If you opted to have your early Match result released (24hrs in advance of Match Day) and you were not successful in the first iteration of the Match, the office of Learner Well-Being and Success will connect with you by email the day before Match Day between 2:30pm and 3:00pm. To allow us to be sure the email has been received, please respond indicating receipt of the email.
