Room Bookings

The multidisciplinary teaching laboratories are comprised of fully equipped teaching laboratories. Preparation and storage facilities for materials are used in the set-up of wet/ dry laboratory based sessions for undergraduate and graduate Medicine; School of Nursing; Center for Nursing Studies; School of Pharmacy; affiliated disciplines within the Faculty of Medicine and Eastern Health; and other outside groups upon request. The teaching laboratories are located on the second floor of the Health Science Complex.

The multidisciplinary teaching laboratories support the laboratory based teaching of a broad range of subjects including anatomy; physiology; immunology; microbiology; pharmacology; hematology; and clinical skills teaching. The MDL also provide support for laboratory based teaching and training workshops in a variety of disciplines and can be set up for traditional wet laboratory or classroom teaching. Rooms are suitable for teaching, meetings, training sessions or workshops. Corinne Mercer is available to provide equipment, materials and teaching support. Advanced booking is required so that curriculum based bookings are accommodated.

Monday through Friday
8:00 am to 4:00 pm (Fall & Winter)
8:00 am to 3:30 pm (Summer)
Room accommodations available outside hours of operation upon request.
