Mental Health

The Faculty of Medicine can be a very demanding environment, making our mental well-being of paramount importance. As learners grapple with complex subjects, faculty members shape future medical luminaries and our indispensable staff members ensure the institution's harmonious rhythm, mental health stands as a beacon of balance and inner strength.

Prioritizing Mental Well-Being

In the dynamic realm of medicine, where we constantly push boundaries of knowledge and care, it’s crucial to also turn inwards and care for our minds. Our mental well-being is integral, not just for our personal journeys, but also for the broader impact we seek to make in the medical field.

Our Mission

To create a nurturing space that acknowledges, supports and strengthens the mental health of our expansive medical community. We are committed to fostering an environment where mental wellness is prioritized, destigmatized, and seamlessly integrated into our daily academic and professional lives.
