Please note that medical education transcripts and translations of the Doctor of Medicine (MD) diploma may only be obtained from the Office of the Registrar. Graduates of Memorial University's MD program may request an official transcript at my.mun.ca.
MD Verification and Confirmation of Graduation from Memorial University’s MD Program may be requested in one of the following ways:
- In person at the UGME office with a valid, government issued, photo identification (temporarily unavailable).
- In an email to firstname.lastname@example.org from an @mun.ca email account
- In writing, with the graduate's signature, addressed to:

MD Verification requests must include the following information about the graduate:
First and last name
First and last name at the time of graduation (if different from above)
Email address (@mun.ca if possible)
Year of Graduation
Date of Birth
Name of the institution, to which the verification must be sent (if applicable), including:
The Faculty of Medicine MD Verification fee is $50 CAD.
Payment for MD Verification may be made by cheque or money order payable to Memorial University Faculty of Medicine.
NEW MD Verification Fees are now payable online by credit card. Be advised that a service fee of $1 CAD will be applied to online MD Verification payments. As such, the online fee for MD Verifications is $51 CAD in total.
