Our innovation and research lab resides within Memorial University of Newfoundland in St. John's and is comprised of a dedicated biomedical team. To date, our work has focused on designing and validating medical simulators and anatomical visualization products to help develop and maintain skills across a wide range of health professionals; thus, advancing simulation training within regional healthcare authorities across the province.
 
One of the most unique aspects of the the lab is its strong foothold in the health professions education and distributed/rural delivery of care systems. We are well integrated within the medical school and the regional health authorities with a unique and active presence in six rural locations, through MED 3D Network. Because of these connections, unlike other companies in the simulation market, we develop products that are needed by our clients, validate the products through collaborative research and provide them at a price point that makes them affordable.
