Bursaries
Bursaries available to Undergraduate Medical Education learners are listed below.
Please note the following:
- They are grouped according to the competition round they are available, FALL and SPRING.
- The 'Eligible Class Years' column indicates which of the four UGME class years are eligible for each bursary.
- To be considered for any bursary, learners MUST complete the online bursary application form to declare their financial need. Upon completion of this form, the learner will be considered for all bursaries available to their class year, except those requiring additional information.
- If a bursary requires additional information, it will have a PDF link in the ‘Application Form’ column. These additional application forms must be submitted to ScholarshipsUGME@mun.ca by the indicated submission deadline.
- Applications will only be accepted for bursaries being selected during the current competition round. That is, you cannot apply for a spring bursary during the fall semester and vice versa. If your application is received at the wrong time, it will not be accepted and will have to be re-submitted during the correct semester.
- Submission deadlines are firm. Applications received after the date and time listed will not be considered.
