MD Verifications
Please note that medical education transcripts and translations of the Doctor of Medicine (MD) diploma may only be obtained from the Office of the Registrar. Graduates of Memorial University's MD program may request an official transcript at my.mun.ca.
MD Verification and Confirmation of Graduation from Memorial University’s MD Program may be requested in one of the following ways:
- In person at the UGME office with a valid, government issued, photo identification.
- In an email to ugmesecretary@mun.ca from an @mun.ca email account
- In writing, with the graduate's signature, addressed to:

MD Verification requests must include the following information about the graduate:
First and last name
First and last name at the time of graduation (if different from above)
Email address (@mun.ca if possible)
Year of Graduation
Date of Birth
Name of the institution, to which the verification must be sent (if applicable), including:
- Address
- Phone number
- Fax
FEES
Payment for MD Verification may be made by cheque or money order payable to Memorial University Faculty of Medicine.
MD Verification Fees payment is now available online by credit card. All online payments are subject to a 2% service fee as outlined below:
