In order to apply for the Vision Program, each applicant must submit the following:

• Notice of Assessments (NOA) from all parent(s) during from the last three years prior to the year of application, independent of their living situation, for applicants under 25 years of age;
• NOAs of the applicant from the last three years prior to the date of application;
• NOAs of the applicant’s spouse/partner, if applicable, from the last three years prior to the date of application;
• A current copy of their university transcript, including all courses completed to date.
• Their residence history (including secondary school transcripts from Grade 7-12, if completed in Newfoundland and Labrador)
• Confirmation of receipt of a government student loan and total debt load to date;
• A personal statement outlining the applicant’s life experience, including their current housing circumstances (re: living with parents or not) and employment status. (500 words);
• Any other government-issued documents to support their claim (i.e. government housing, social assistance, etc.)
