Deadline to release all MCAT & Casper scores: Thursday, September 25, 2025

The Casper test you need to register for is the CSP-10211.

The application system is managed and run by Memorial University. All documents must be submitted with your application by the deadline dates above.  

The Application Handbook will be available in early June 2025 for review and assistance in completing your application. Please review it thoroughly before beginning your application and utilize it throughout the completion of your application. If you have questions, the answers to which are not found in the application guide, please contact the Admissions Office via phone or email. 

Transcripts, Casper scores, and MCAT scores must be released to Memorial University each time you apply; they do not carry forward from previous applications. Unofficial transcripts are required at the time of application; if you are selected for an interview, you will be asked to submit an official transcript. You are able to download an unofficial copy of your transcript from your student account at your university. 

Transcripts from transfer courses, including International Baccelaureate (IB), Advanced Placement (AP), and General Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSE) courses, are required at the time of application, if applicable.  

Casper and MCAT scores must be released to Memorial University by the deadline dates above. Scores should be released as they are available to assist in application processing. MCAT scores must be released to Memorial University anytime between June 25, 2025 and September 25, 2025, inclusive. Scores released outside of these dates will not be retrieved from AAMC.

The Application Deadline is Wednesday, August 27, 2025, 11:59pm; extensions on this deadline will not be granted, no exceptions.  Our office is open Monday - Friday 8:30am-4:30pm to answer questions and inquiries. You are able to monitor documents received leading up to the deadline via your Memorial University application account. 
 
I understand that by beginning an application, I am agreeing to all of the following:

1. I must release my MCAT score(s) to Memorial University between the dates of Wednesday, June 25, 2025 and Thursday, September 25, 2025. 
2. I must release my Casper score to Memorial University by Thursday, September 25, 2025. The Casper exam I need to write is the CSP-10211. 
3. I will upload unofficial copies of transcripts from ALL post-secondary institutions, including transfer credits I have completed, as well as IB, AP, and GCSE transcripts (if applicable), with my application;
4. All documents required for my application have been uploaded with my application, including official credential evaluations, where applicable.
5. I have read the Reference Criteria, ensured my referees qualify, and will follow up with them as needed to ensure my reference is submitted by Wednesday, August 27, 2025, @11:59 pm. 
6. I will not be contacted by the Admissions Office for any of the above missing and/or required documents and my incomplete application will be closed.
