The Annual Performance Report 2024 is guided by the strategic initiatives outlined in the Faculty of Medicine’s strategic plan, Grounded in Excellence 2024–2027. This report represents the integration of two former publications—the Annual Metrics Report and the Annual Report—to provide a unified, comprehensive overview of the faculty’s performance. By combining quantitative metrics with qualitative insights, the Annual Performance Report captures key achievements, identifies challenges, and outlines strategic priorities across all mission areas.

Serving as a reflection of the medical school’s progress over the past year, this report highlights milestones in education, research & scholarship, and social accountability. It demonstrates our continued commitment to fostering innovation, advancing health equity, and preparing future physicians and researchers to meet the evolving needs of the communities we serve.
