Program Changes
Any proposed change from the program detailed in the letter of admission must have the prior approval of the Dean of Graduate Studies. Forms for this purpose (covering changes in courses to be taken, full-time/part-time status, supervisor, supervisory committee members, thesis title, as well as extensions of the program or withdrawal from the program) may be obtained from the Office of Research and Graduate Studies. The completed form, signed by the student and/or supervisor, should be returned to the Office of Research and Graduate Studies for recommendation to the Dean of Graduate Studies, with whom the final decision rests.
