The Canadian Post-M.D. Education Registry (CAPER) is the central repository for statistical information on postgraduate medical education in Canada. Completion of the CAPER form is a requirement for all residents.

When completing the form please note that your training dates are July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025 for the contract year of 2024-2025.

Do not submit the form without including your MINC. If you do not know your MINC it is available in your physiciansapply account.
