J. Christy Noftall

Dr. Christy Noftall is a Care of the Elderly Family Physician practicing in Grand Falls-Windsor, NL. She graduated from MUN Med in 2017, and completed her family medicine training at the Botwood site in Central Zone in 2019, followed by the Care of the Elderly enhanced skills program at MUN in 2020.
Christy now works primarily as a Care of the Elderly physician, completing community based care in her outpatient clinic along with supporting the local Home Dementia Program in her region. She is also the Family Medicine Competency Coordinator for the Central Zone Stream and Recruitment and Selection lead with the Care of the Elderly Enhanced Skills Program.
During her free time Christy spends most of her time enjoying the outdoors in Central with her husband David, daughter Mae, and pug Charlie.
