Professional Feedback

In line with the Faculty of Medicine’s Statement of Professional Attributes, professionalism is a fundamental value of the Doctor of Medicine (MD) program, graduate programs and all postgraduate training programs. The practice of effectively providing, receiving and interpreting feedback involves collaborating and sharing ideas in a professional, inclusive and culturally-safe environment. The process of providing effective feedback is a shared responsibility and everyone should be aware of the impact of unprofessional feedback on an individual.
