Following the inaugural Annual Metrics Report, which was launched in 2022 to report on the findings of the balanced scorecard, we present the Annual Metrics Report 2023. The balanced scorecard tracks and monitors metrics that were developed to measure success regarding implementation of the strategic plan. Data collected for the balanced scorecard is used to produce the Faculty of Medicine’s Annual Metrics Report.

The Annual Metrics Report organizes the data in this report to align with the four pillars of our previous Strategic Plan Destination Excellence - Enduring Legacy, Empowered People, Excellence in All We Do and Improving Lives. The report details performance metrics that are measurable and indicative of strategic goals. The metrics captured may change over time to ensure continued alignment with strategic objectives.
