Dates:

There are three intakes per year for the Intensive English Program and Intensive English Bridge Program at Grenfell: 

• Fall Semester (September to December) – available in-person and online
• Winter Semester (January to April) – available in-person and online
• Summer Session (6.5 week session from late June to mid-August) – available in-person at Grenfell Campus only

Students should consider the following factors when estimating when they will be able to begin their in-person study with us:

Degree program application processing times: A student applying to IEP-G or IEBP-G will need to have a decision on their degree program application in order to receive a decision (and associated letters) related to their eligibility for IEP/IEBP-G. Provincial Attestation Letter (PAL) processing times: A student who requires a Provincial Attestation Letter (PAL) to submit with their study permit/visa application should consider the timeline implications of requesting and receiving such a letter.
