Facilities Management & Ancillary Services is one of several department branches under the Office of the Vice President (Grenfell Campus) and is responsible for the care and maintenance of Grenfell Campus, as well as other student and public facing ancillary services.

Falling under the Facilities Management & Ancillary Services department are the Custodial & Maintenance services, Engineering/Project Management & Facilities Planning, Environmental Health and Safety, Campus Enforcement and Patrol, Housing & Residences, Conference Services/Summer Accommodations, and the Grenfell Campus Bookstore.
