Tickets will be provided during academic dress pickup on Wednesday, May 14 from 11am-3pm. 

Application to graduate and Registration to attend Convocation

Graduates are required to complete 2 steps;

1. Apply to graduate
2. Register to attend Convocation

The deadline to apply to graduate has passed. Registration to attend convocation will be accessible in early March. Please visit MUN Self Service to register.

Academic Dress

When you register to attend Convocation, you will be redirected to Gaspard’s website to rent your academic dress. It is important to complete this step or your registration to attend won’t be complete. Academic dress will be available for pickup on Wednesday, May 14 11am-3pm or 1 hour prior to your ceremony at the Corner Brook Arts and Culture Centre. It is required to be returned immediately following your scheduled ceremony. 

Photography

There will be a professional photographer on-site who will take photos of each graduate while crossing the stage, as well as backstage. About two to three weeks following Convocation, photo proofs will be sent to graduates via their MUN email address with details on how to purchase. 

Tickets for Convocation

Graduates can request up to three guest tickets in Corner Brook per graduate, per ceremony. There is no cost for guest tickets and they will be provided to you, the graduate, during gown pick up, on Wednesday, May 14.
