"Academic Prep Week really helped support my transition from high school to university, which can be stressful. It taught me how to prepare for tests, navigate course syllabi, and establish support systems. I even got to meet some of my professors. I received tips on things I never knew I’d need, tips that I still use every day. I also enjoyed the social activities outside of the classroom, as they encouraged me to connect with new people and build new friendships."
