CNA diploma-to-degree pathways

Are you a College of the North Atlantic student who would like to continue your studies and study at Grenfell Campus to earn a Memorial University degree? Many CNA programs are easily transferrable to degree programs, allowing you to complete your degree in a shorter time.

Graduates of CNA’s two-year Business Administration and three-year Business Management diploma programs may avail of block transfer agreements and apply for advanced standing in the Bachelor of Business Administration program at Grenfell Campus.
Graduates of CNA’s two-year Forest Resources Diploma or two-year Fish and Wildlife Diploma programs may avail of block transfer agreements to receive 60 credit hours in the Bachelor of Environment and Sustainability at Grenfell Campus.
Graduates of CNA’s two-year Digital Filmmaking Diploma program may avail of block transfer agreements to receive 59 credit hours in the Bachelor of Fine Arts (Theatre) - Technical Production stream at Grenfell Campus.
CRNNL Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) can apply for advanced standing to the second year of the four-year Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree at the Centre for Nursing Studies.

Master of Science in Applied Geomatics

Our Master of Science in Applied Geomatics (MSc in AG) program is an innovative partnership between Memorial’s Grenfell Campus and College of the North Atlantic’s campus in Corner Brook.

First, enroll in the GIS Applications Specialist post-diploma program at CNA. When you successfully complete this program, you will be awarded with a Diploma from the College of the North Atlantic. Then, proceed onto the Master of Science in Applied Geomatics program at Grenfell, where you will undertake a thesis-based research project supervised by one of our diverse group of researchers.
