Teaching Interests

My area of specialty is clinical psychology and I primarily teach courses with this focus, such as Psychopathology, Tests and Measurements, and the Psychology of Death and Dying. I also teach Introduction to Psychology, History of Psychology, Senior Seminar in Psychology, and Independent Projects. I supervise up to two honours students each year.

Research Interests

My clinical research broadly focuses on grief, loss, and resilience. Among my publications is a clinical guide to working with bereaved parents. I have also published in the area of qualitative methodology, exploring various aspects of this approach to research. The scholarship of teaching and learning is another key area of interest.
