The mathematics program at Grenfell Campus, is a four-year bachelor of science major or honours degree. Our mathematics program is the first step toward a wide variety of careers and professional programs, including:

Our faculty is passionate about mathematics. Their research includes game theory, recreational mathematics, cryptography, model theory, combinatorial designs, error correcting codes and dynamic systems. And you may even have the chance to work with them as a student researcher.
Admission
You must meet to the general admission requirements for Memorial University and declare mathematics as your major to be admitted to the program.
Students can apply for admission directly from high school. Or, if you have attended another post-secondary institution, you can apply for advanced standing. We recommend that you meet with an academic advisor to discuss transfer credits and course selection.
