The Hidden Dangers of Digital Relationships: Sexting, Control, and Abuse
Social media and other digital platforms have transformed how adolescents and young adults experience dating. Staying connected has never been easier—but these changes have also blurred the lines between healthy and unhealthy behaviors.
This course takes a deep dive into the hidden dynamics of modern teen relationships, exploring patterns that have become normalized in the digital age, such as control, constant monitoring, and boundary violations. You’ll learn how these behaviors impact emotional well-being and relationship health, and gain insights into strategies for fostering positive, respectful connections.
