The Master of Management Program is designed for professionals with diverse backgrounds who are working in management or looking to build their skills and credentials to move in that direction. 

Graduates of this program will be well-positioned for career advancement and leadership opportunities in a variety of workplaces and industries. 

In this fully online course-based program, you’ll engage with faculty and peers to explore fundamental management topics and how they relate to your own individual, group, and organizational experiences.  

Our students bring their enthusiasm, experience, and drive to our classrooms, and are eager to bring their newfound management skills back to their workplaces all over the world.   

While those with formal business education are welcome to apply, this program is particularly well-suited for those with undergraduate degrees in a wide range of fields such healthcare, engineering, arts, science, education, and other non-business disciplines.

About our current students  

  • Student ages range from late 20s to 50s  
  • Currently employed in healthcare, government, arts & cultural industries, education, and private sectors  
  • Majority of current students live and work in Atlantic Canada, while others are Canadian and international students
