Audience-based menu

An audience-based menu (ABM) is a special menu type that appears in the left-hand column of your home page, as shown below.

An ABM should only be used on your website's home page. All other pages on your site should use proper left-hand section links. ABMs were created because home pages cannot have left-hand section links. ABMs offer a workaround for users who want left-hand links on their home page. We do not recommend using ABMs, as they are not as visible for mobile users. It is best to use links directly in the body of your home page content.

Adding an audience-based menu is a 2-step process:
  1. Contact Web Content Services to enable ABMs on your site.
  2. Create an audience based menu once it is enabled on your site.
