Recent content activity

The recent content activity tab provides a quick, at-a-glance view of recent content activity on your site, including the latest updates to your site, who made them, and if they've been approved.

There are 3 main components to the recent activity tab:

  1. Current content overview
  2. Current locks
  3. Recent content activity

Current content overview

Shows the amount of content produced on your site(s) in the last month, as a graph. The graph is colour-coded by approved, pending, inactive and draft content.

Current locks

To avoid having two people editing the same piece of content at the same time, and thereby accidentally over-riding each other's work, T4 "locks" a piece of content on a page whenever someone has it opened on their computer and is currently working on it. If content is locked, you won't be able to open it and edit it yourself. If you ever need to see who is currently working on a piece of content that is locked, visit this section of your dashboard

Recent content activity

This is simply a list of the most recently created (or edited) content on your website. it also shows you whether this content has been approved, who created or modified the content, the date they did so, and the site the content appears on.
