Analyst

Geny Carter is in her third year of a Bachelor of Commerce (Co-op) program and expects to graduate in April 2028. She is excited to begin her first semester as an Analyst for The Fund and gain a deeper understanding of investment analysis, while gaining hands-on experience in research surrounding current and potential investment opportunities. Geny is thrilled to work alongside her peers in The Fund, learning from their unique perspectives on the industry and contributing to the team.

Geny is passionate about her program and is thrilled to contribute to the faculty working as a teaching assistant and sharing her enthusiasm with other students. Outside of Memorial, Geny is a committed volunteer of six years at Rainbow Riders Therapeutic Riding Center in their lesson program. Additionally, she enjoys practicing hot yoga and pilates, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.

After graduation, Geny aspires to obtain her Master of Business Administration (MBA) and her Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation as she looks forward to a career in the accounting or financial industry.
