Junior analyst

Jobayer Juhan is a fourth-year Bachelor of Commerce student at Memorial University of Newfoundland with a focus in Finance and an expected graduation in August 2026. He has a strong interest in capital markets and economics, particularly equity markets, financial derivatives, and central bank policy.

This is Jobayer’s first year at The Fund as a Junior Equity Analyst. He looks forward to making meaningful contribution to the Fund’s operations and long-term goals while deepening his expertise in equity research, valuation models, and portfolio analysis in collaboration with his team members and industry mentors.

Jobayer is actively involved with the Faculty of Business as a Teaching Assistant for Intro to Finance and has served as a Research Assistant on IRCC surveys aimed at improving services for settlement agencies. After graduation, Jobayer intends to pursue his Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.

Outside of study and work, Jobayer enjoys reading, hiking, fitness, photography, playing pool, and engaging in community service.
