Junior analyst

Hailey Snow is a third-year Bachelor of Commerce (Co-op) student at Memorial University of Newfoundland, focusing on finance and graduating in 2028. She plans to pursue an MBA after graduation with the goal of working in investment banking and earning the CFA designation.

Hailey recently joined The Fund as a junior analyst and is looking forward to building her skills in equity analysis and learning from industry professionals. She previously worked with Byron D. Smith Professional Corporation, gaining experience in bookkeeping, auditing, tax preparation, and financial reporting.

Outside academics, Hailey is passionate about inclusivity and maintaining an active lifestyle. She volunteers with the Special Olympics, promoting skill development, teamwork, and confidence. She is also an active member of the Arms of Jesus Children’s Mission, raising over $10,000 and traveling to Guatemala with her team to help construct homes, distribute food hampers, and support local schools. In her spare time, she enjoys running and participating in charity races.
