Mr. Pine completed his undergraduate bachelor of commerce honours (co-operative) degree through Memorial University in 1997. He went on to become a Chartered Accountant (CA) and Certified Internal Auditor. Mr. Pine has had a long career in the communications sector and is currently Senior Manager (Finance & Ethics) with Bell Canada and is based in St. John’s. One of his career highlights was the development of the ethics program for Bell Aliant. Mr. Pine’s work involves compliance with internal policies, externally defined laws and regulations, the Code of Conduct and related standards, through the development, implementation and maintenance of an effective ethics and compliance program.
