Sector manager

Samantha Hutchings is a fourth-year student pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce (Co-op) degree, with an anticipated graduation in April 2027. She is entering her second year with The Fund and has now progressed to the role of Sector Manager in the program's Healthcare sector.

Beyond The Fund, Samantha has completed two work terms at Imperial Oil in Procurement and Supply Chain, supporting both onshore and offshore operations. Samantha has also been an active participant in multiple extracurricular activities, including competitive dance, basketball, and rowing. She also enjoys volunteering with various organizations, most recently serving on the fundraising committee for Memorial University's Relay for Life.

After completing her degree, Samantha plans to pursue a career in Supply Chain. She is looking forward to another exciting year with The Fund, and is eager to continue growing her skills in equity research, connecting with peers and mentors, and strengthening her leadership as she takes on the role of Sector Manager.
