Digital marketing

Sales

Marketing informs and attracts prospects to companies, products or services.

Sales, on the other hand, works directly with prospects to reinforce the value of the company’s solution to convert prospects into customers.

The Certified Sales Associate (CSA) designation demonstrates a solid foundation in key skills such as prospecting, building effective client relationships, negotiation, closing and leveraging sales technologies. CSAs have all that it takes to excel and advance — quickly. Our accreditation agreement with the CPSA offers course exceptions towards this designation.
