Aedan Pitcher
Quantitative manager
Aedan Pitcher is a fifth-year commerce student at Memorial University of Newfoundland with a concentration in finance and an anticipated graduation in April 2026. He is currently Quantitative Manager with The Fund, where he advanced from Analyst and Operations Manager, reflecting both technical expertise and leadership within the student-run investment fund.
Beyond The Fund, Aedan has completed three work terms with BMO Capital Markets, gaining experience across the Infrastructure Capital Markets, Debt Capital Markets, and Financial Institutions Groups. In these roles, he contributed to live transactions, prepared market updates, supported pitch materials, and executed detailed valuation analyses including trading and transaction comparables. His internships provided valuable exposure to both Canadian and U.S. markets, enhancing his skills in financial modeling and client deliverables.
Outside of academics and work experience, Aedan trains in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, enjoys golf and running, and maintains a consistent strength training routine. He is committed to pursuing a career in capital markets following graduation, leveraging both his professional experiences and extracurricular leadership to succeed in a fast-paced, analytical environment.
