CQSCS events

Upcoming

  • American Physical Society (APS) filming CQSCS in January 2026: the APS will film key members of CQSCS. APS counts about 50,000 members worldwide and is the publisher of several well know physics journals, notably the prestigious Physical Review Letters.

  • CQSCS will host the 17th Biennial IQSA conference on quantum structures – July 2026. More information to come shortly.

  • PHYS 6061 course : “Applications of classical and quantum formalisms in finance and other social sciences” is now running in the Winter 2025 semester. Open to graduate students.
  • Will Hicks, a doctoral candidate in the ID PhD programme became ‘Dr. Hicks’ in April 2024. His thesis was on (quantum) open systems in finance. Will is scholar in residence of CQSCS.

  • Andrei Khrennikov and Emmanuel Haven will be featured on Scientia. You can find it here.
