Limitless Leadership Program

While many natural leaders exist, not all find their way into leadership roles. Women remain under-represented despite often excelling in senior positions. Addressing this gender imbalance and unlocking women's leadership potential will drive positive change and socio-economic vibrancy in Newfoundland and Labrador, and beyond.

To achieve this, Memorial University is launching the Limitless Leadership Program. This accelerated initiative is designed for high-potential undergraduate women to begin their leadership journeys with confidence and positivity.

The program helps emerging leaders build on their strengths and develop new skills and strategies to maximize their impact. Participants will better understand gendered misperceptions that can hinder leadership opportunities. Ultimately, they will craft personalized strategies to lead confidently and bring out the best in their teams, organizations and communities.

The program spans over the course of the Fall and Winter Semesters. Program participants will take part in a series of leadership themed workshops, one-to-one coaching, professional networking and a cornerstone leadership project.

The program will accept a maximum of 20 participants. All activities of the program will be captured electronically in each student’s MORE (Memorial’s Online Record of Experience) as a means to document learning and experiences.
