They help design and execute welcome and transition programming for incoming students. Each Operation Lead will be in charge of planning and executing a key event of the Welcome Week programming.

The Memorial Ambassador Program is an opportunity for students to represent their university while developing professional and personal skills. This is a volunteer role where students attend a variety of events on and off campus as ambassadors to the university. The program is administered by Student Life in partnership with the Division of Marketing and Communications, the Office of Student Recruitment, and Alumni Affairs and Development.
Time Commitment: Flexible for one academic year with the opportunity for renewal.
Peer Navigator Program
The Peer Navigator program connects students to programs that encourage campus involvement and engagement. Peer Navigators guide students to beneficial onboarding and welcoming programs like personalized campus tours, experience navigation and other peer mentoring programs on campus. The Peer Navigator program is designed for students who want to give back to their peers and help them get invovled in university life.
Time Commitment: 1-2 hours a week for one academic year with the opportunity for renewal.
