Supports

To help you during your time at Memorial, Student Life offers a number of supports to promote well-being, spiritual development, and personal growth.

If you find yourself in distress and in need of help, you can find people to talk to about supports, including the Student Wellness and Counselling Centre and the Student Support Office.

For faculty and staff, the Student Wellness and Counselling Centre has created a Guide for Recognizing and Responding to Students in Distress.

The Memorial University Chaplaincy has representatives from four denominations and is ready if you need someone to talk to, and someone to listen.

Beyond the Memorial campus, there are a number of community supports and food and wellness supports that you can avail of during your time at university.

If you have student housing-related questions or concerns, please find more information/updates here.
