SciQuest, hosted by Memorial University's Faculty of Science, invites young minds aged 7 to 11 to embark on an exciting summer adventure filled with science exploration and discovery. This immersive camp, held at the Chemistry-Physics building on Memorial University's St. John’s Campus, promises a week of interactive experiments, engaging activities, and hands-on learning experiences.

Registration for the Summer 2024 session opens on May 6th. 

The Summer 2024 session of SciQuest will run from July 22 to August 16, offering two sessions per week to accommodate participants.

* All information requested by the SciQuest Summer Camp will be used solely for the administration and management of the camp. Personal information is collected under the authority of the Access to Information and Protection of Privacy Act, 2015 (SNL2015 Chapter A-1.2) and is used for the purposes of planning and management.

Ages: 7-11

Location: Chemistry-Physics building of the Memorial University St. John’s Campus, Irwin’s Road, St. John’s, NL.

Drop-off and Pick-up: Drop-off is from 8:30-9 am, and pick-up is from 4-4:30 pm in room C-2052 of the Chemistry-Physics building daily. 

Cost: $225 per week

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your child’s registration at any time up to 2 weeks (14 days) before the start date and receive a full refund. Cancellations made or requested after 14 days and at least 7 days prior to the start of the camp will be refunded the amount paid less a $40 administration fee per child. Cancellations made or requested less than 7 days prior to the start of the camp will be refunded 50% of the total cost.

The Faculty of Science, Memorial University, reserves the right to cancel camps due to insufficient registration. In the event of this, parents of registrants will be notified as soon as possible and receive a full refund.
