This award recognizes a full-time undergraduate co-op student who has demonstrated exceptional performance in both their B.Sc. academic program and work terms. Eligible programs for this award include Computer Science (CIIO), Biology (BCOP), Economics (B.Sc. Co-operative), Psychology (B.Sc. Co-operative), and Behavioural Neuroscience (B.Sc. Co-operative).

Nominations are invited from students meeting the award criteria. The Co-operative Education office of the Faculty of Science reviews nominations and recommends a candidate to the Dean of Science. The award is presented at the annual Faculty of Science Dean's Award ceremony each September.
