Student presentations took centre stage at IEEE Night
On Monday, April 3, electrical and computer engineering students came together for IEEE Night.
Members from the top three capstone projects presented at the event and were judged by their peers.
Student Project Presentation Awards
First place went to Mohamed Adem, Ahmed Shaikh, Sameer Ahmed and Yash Patel for their project presentation, “Masy – Form Correction and Exercise Analysis.”
Second place went to Devin Mcloughlin, Emily Delaney, Jillian Power, Matthew Crewe and Samantha Hallett for their project presentation, “Stackup – Building Parameterization.”
Third place went to Gavin Burden, Daniel Burke, Conor Kavanagh, Jasper Rubin and Colton Smith for their project, “Actuated Interfaces – Neptune I Subsea Motion Stabilization.”

Following the student presentations, there were live demonstrations in the senior design laboratory, followed by a reception to end the evening.
