Faculty of Engineering and Applied Science

Take North America's top ocean and naval architectural engineering program and the only co-operative program in this discipline in the world. Add that we are one of the first universities in Canada to offer process engineering. Combine that with premier undergraduate programs in civil, computer, electrical and mechanical engineering, and a diverse range of top-rate master’s and doctoral programs. Situate the school in one of the most beautiful, pristine locations in the world on the edge of the North Atlantic. That’s engineering at Memorial University!

Engineering students performed well at the recent Atlantic Engineering Competition (AEC), hosted by Dalhousie University, with two Memorial teams qualifying for the national Canadian Engineering Competition (CEC) next month, hosted by the University of Waterloo.

Engineering students are organizing the 15th annual Charity Ball event in support of The Association for New Canadians and The Canadian Mental Health Association of Newfoundland and Labrador.

Come support two important organizations, while enjoying a three-course meal, live music and silent and live auctions.
