The deadline for the Seed, Bridge and Multidisciplinary Fund has been extended from May 1, 2015 to May 15, 2015. The fund will seed new, “early days” innovative research projects and provide valuable bridge funding for researchers between grants, and encourage the development of multidisciplinary research activities which align the priority research themes of the Research Strategy Framework. The program supports the recommendations outlined in Memorial’s Strategic Research Intensity Plan 2014-2020 and the university’s goals for doubling research and scholarly output by the end of 2020.
