2017 David Hawkins Lectures
This week the Faculty of Medicine will present two David Hawkins lectures.
The first, entitled "Measuring Health Outcomes: Good, Better, Best," takes place on Thursday, Sept. 21 from 4-5 pm in Lecture Theatre B in the Health Sciences Centre.
The second takes place on Friday, Sept. 22 from 12-1 pm in Lecture Theatre A in the Health Sciences Centre. That lecture is entitled: "Combining Observational andInterventional Research: Application of the Cohort Multiple Randomized Controlled Trial (cmRCT) Design to Understand and Optimize Brain Health Among People Aging with HIV."
Both lectures will be given by Dr. Nancy Mayo, James McGill Professor in the Department of Medicine and the School of Physical and Occupational Therapy at McGill University. Dr. Mayo is also research scientist at the Center for Outcomes Research and Evaluation at the Research Institute of McGill University Hospital Center.
