Current / Former Memorial StudentsTo be eligible for consideration for admission to the Bachelor of Engineering, if you are attending or have previously attended Memorial University, you must have a cumulative average of at least 70%. Read more |
Transfer StudentsApplicants seeking admission to Engineering One through transfer from accredited post-secondary institutions must have achieved a minimum overall average of 70% or a GPA of 3.0 or equivalent. Read more |

Students who are not eligible for direct entry from high school may complete some of the Engineering One courses: MATH 1000, MATH 1001, MATH 2050; CHEM 1050; PHYS 1050, PHYS 1051; any 3 credit hours in any Critical Reading and Writing course or their pre-requisites and apply to Engineering One in a later semester. These students must meet the admission criteria for current Memorial students, outlined below, as well as the Faculty's English language requirements.
College of the North Atlantic college transition program
If you have successfully completed the College of the North Atlantic transition program, you will be considered equivalent to students entering directly from high school and will follow the guidelines for applying from high school.
