The fourth annual Faculty of Education Dean’s Awards were presented to three faculty and staff members to recognize their valuable contributions to the faculty during the 2017-18 academic year.

The awards, which recognize excellence in teaching, research, community engagement and service, and service to the faculty and university, were formally presented by Dr. Kirk Anderson, dean of Education, during a special ceremony on February 5th.

The recipients of the 2017-18 Faculty of Education Dean’s Awards are:

• Dr. Gerald Galway, recipient of the Dean’s Award for Excellence in Teaching
• Ms. Sheri Roberts, recipient of the Dean’s Staff Award for Service Excellence
• Ms. Jillian Gosse, recipient of the Dean’s Staff Award for Service Excellence
