 Grant Amendment Approvals*:

• Tri-agency grant** (NSERC, SSHRC, CIHR): FoS Grant Amendment Approval
• Faculty of Science grant (start-up, research continuity grant, etc.): FoS internal award extension request form

*Please note that grant amendment forms and accompanying approval forms must be submitted as an ‘event’ on ROMEO for the associated grant file number.
