Most of Memorial’s human resources transactional and processing functions are centralized in MyHR. It is the place to go for: information, intake and handling of all requests, direct self-service options, human resources solutions and access to a team of professionals that supports clients in the employment experience. MyHR is open Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

As of April 14, 2025, Human Resources is switching to an OnBase solution for the submission of requests for Human Resources assistance. Please note, there are two different processes for submitting requests, one for employees and another for department administrators.

Employee/Pensioner requests

Please log into the my.mun.ca portal and click on “Submit a Case” in the HR Case Management channel which is located under the Employees tab.  Here you will also find frequently asked questions and a list of related documents to support your request (if needed).  For detailed instructions on how to submit and manage a case, please click here.

Department administrator requests

Department administrators submitting cases on behalf of their units can do so in OnBase. Information for administrators is also available under the Administrator tab, OnBase menu option, to access please click here.
