With rain in the forecast, the employee and retiree barbeque scheduled for Thursday, Aug. 17 from 2 -4 p.m. is being moved to the East and West Hatcher House (also known as Hatcher House Jumping Bean and The Hatcher Commons).

Hamburgers, hot dogs, mussels, bologna and cake will still be served; however, as the event is moving indoors, food will be cooked in the kitchen inside.  

Please remember to bring along a cash donation or non-perishable food item for the Campus Food Bank and receive a ballot for a chance to win a door prize.

50/50 tickets will be sold at the event, The Wavemakers will be performing and Sammy Seahawk will be dropping by for a visit.
