Exit management process
The departments of Financial and Administrative Services, Information Technology Services and Human Resources have worked together to develop new mechanisms for documenting and processing employee exits.
The new process has been posted to the newly created Exit Management page found via a tab on the My Employment section of the Human Resources website.The Exit Management page includes step-by-step instructions and links to a process overview and FAQ document.
The associated forms for the process have been posted to the forms section of my.mun.ca under the Exit Management tab.
All university employees and administrators are asked to familiarize themselves with the process and begin using the forms for exiting employees as of Oct. 28, 2019.
